Whatever God purposed to make in filling the heavenlies; the universe; the world and all its contents; supplements, components and boundaries set; as Creator; especially men; all are His vessels to control or use as He sees fit; without askance required! 2 Timothy 2:19-21: Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

Fulness:   is expressed “melo’” (mel-o’) in Psalm 24:1; which tells us the Earth is the Lord’s and all fulness in the world and all that dwell therein  The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it

As “melo’” signifies “all” within; upon or along; all that inhabit and filling it all; whether the one; handfuls or the myriad multitudes “all” belong to God!

Fulness:   transliterates to “pleroma” (play’-ro-mah); and it makes even further distinctions signifying all of includes all God made to abound; bring to completion or is yet to be seen or fulfilled.
This “pleroma” includes God owning even the copiousness of all life; all the multitudes of inhabitants; all else made or given to fill it. It is as if God made all as if filling up a container labeled the Lord’s!
It also includes every performance; not just past, but present and futures in it; every period experienced in or by it; and even all yet to be fulfilled; and every season (kairos) and time (chronos) bringing all forth; is also in the power and keeping of His Word; and Work of His Hands alone.
He alone remains sovereign, omnipotent and yet in all this; He remains a very personal God; our refuge, strength, and very present help! Psalm 46:1- God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
